Support the organization on the procurement and renewal of software, hardware, servers, circuits, licenses and other items needed to support our organization and clients we serve. Provide Help Desk support to clients, as required.
• Responsible for sourcing, scheduling and purchasing goods and services
• Negotiate with suppliers, evaluate bids and select suppliers based on price, delivery, quality and service
• Develop strategic supplier relationships
• Execute purchase orders and ensure shipments are on time
• Verify orders received to ensure the quantities, quality, or services meet the agreements
• Manage open orders
• Process invoices for payment
• Work directly with clients with remote tools and or onsite technology support.
• Deploy new equipment and applications to clients.
• Work on or manage client projects.
• Fill in for onsite technicians as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. Must have fundamental knowledge of hardware, windows, application support, networking, printing. Outstanding customer service skills required. 1-3 years related experience, A+ preferred
