I think there is a trend in the nonprofit world – our resources are generally less than the for-profit world. The concerns I would have if I were running another nonprofit organization is: How do you keep pace with the times regarding hardware, software and infrastructure, when your resources are generally less than what you would find at a for-profit company? What I have found working with Carl and his team is that has never been a concern of mine because of their ability to get me everything that I need. Whatever is needed on the hardware side we have received, and any issues we’ve had on the software side have been rapidly addressed. The service and the quality are outstanding.
