IT Sales Assistant Copy
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy
- Assist Sales and Marketing team with developing sales strategies including targeting specific markets and clients
- Make sales calls and set appointments
- Inform potential clients of our products and services
- Meet or exceed weekly quotas for appointments
- Lead Generation
- Develop, expand, and cultivate a portfolio of leads by networking and cold calling
- Research and navigate organizations to pinpoint appropriate contacts
- Ensure that leads are qualified and assess their IT needs
- CRM Management
- Keep the CRM up-to-date by adding and updating contacts as they advance through the sales pipeline
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities
- Reconnect with older leads and identify stale contacts
- Proficiency in IT terminology and jargon
- Familiarity with IT services/products
- Prior telemarketing experience
- Experience working at an MSP selling managed services
- Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry and market trends
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Capability for meeting sales targets
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven attitude

- High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or relevant job experience working in a sales or marketing environment
- Part-time position
- Working hours will be 4 hours per day, typically scheduled between 10AM to 2PM or 11AM to 3PM, Monday through Friday (flexible)
